How we use your details.
This page covers the two forms on bakerykeeper.com: the early-access list and beta-test applications. It's short because we keep very little.
The early-access list
- The email address you give us.
- When you joined, and the words you agreed to: "One email when we open. No spam, and you can leave the list any time."
We use it to email you once, when bakerykeeper opens. We keep it until then and for 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or become a customer, when our customer privacy notice takes over.
Beta-test applications
- Your name, email, bakery name, town or city, and the kind of bakery.
- Anything optional you tell us: team size, what you bake most, how you track costs and food safety today, whether you have a Windows PC, whether you'd like to test the fridge probe, and any notes.
- When you applied, and the words you agreed to.
We use it to choose testers for the 8-week beta, get in touch with you and run the beta. We keep it until the beta ends and for 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or become a customer, when our customer privacy notice takes over.
Both forms
To stop spam, we keep a one-day code made by scrambling your internet address. We use it only to limit how many times a form can be sent from one place, never to identify you, and it's deleted after a day.
No cookies, no tracking and no adverts on this site. If you choose a light or dark colour theme on the beta page, your browser remembers that choice; it never leaves your device.
Why we're allowed to
We rely on your consent, which you give when you send a form. You can take it back any time.
Where it's kept and who sees it
In a Cloudflare database held in the European Union. Only the bakerykeeper team can see it. We never sell or share it.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it or have it deleted: email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
